We’re able to offer six-figure work for pre-seed prices because we run our agency hyper-lean using AI to orchestrate our workflows. We outsource the project management, admin, and arduous repetitive tasks to Marvin, our AI COO. We don’t have swanky offices and we don’t take lunch on clients’ accounts. You’re paying for decades of real experience, and none of the fluff.

    Our payment structure is designed for startup cash flow: we require 50% of the project fee upfront to secure your start date, 25% at the project's midway point, and the final 25% upon completion and handover. We remain at your disposal for 30 days after delivery for micro-adjustments.

  • Your time is your most valuable asset. Our process is designed to be efficient, collaborative, and clear. We run our agency on an AI orchestration layer that handles 95% of project management and keeps everyone on track.

    A representative end-to-end project including brand strategy, visual identity, and a website takes around 6 weeks, with deliveries along the way tailored to your immediate needs. Rush jobs can be accommodated subject to a discussion.

    We begin with a discovery call to hear about the problems you’re hoping to solve after which we’ll share our proposal. Once approved, a representative process is:

    • Phase 1: Brand Strategy starts with an all-hands kickoff to hear about your story, vision, and product. We then host a maximum of 3 collaborative strategy workshops so your time commitment remains manageable. You’ll receive your strategy book at this point.

    • Phase 2: Visual Identity starts with the exploration of up to 5 logos, and 2 creative routes for your brand's new look-and-feel. Once you choose a direction, we refine and develop it into a full identity system, delivering final assets and your brand resource pack along with easy to use brand guidelines.

    • Phase 3: Website build starts with a content intake after which we go straight into build for your rapid review. When design and content is locked, we ensure meta-data and analytics are set up before providing the key contact on your team with a training session before handover.
